Here at A Brighter Beginning Early Learning Centre we have high expectations of what ‘quality care’ really is for our children.
Ultimately, our educators play a key role in providing this care. So you can be sure that our team members are passionate and positive role models. They are respectful educators and work colleagues. And most importantly, they are nurturing, loving, gentle and are amazing at engaging with children and encouraging their thirst for learning.
Miss Jodine brings with her a Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood and a wealth of experience spanning over 29 years and feels that our little centre truly is a home away from home!.
Throughout those years, this highly qualified educator has even gained a Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood and experience as a lecturer in Early Childhood Studies at a privately owned Registered Training Organisation and for a period of time was employed in the Child Protection field. Miss Jodine has a beautiful young daughter who is fiercely independent, determined and very active, who continues to make her proud every day.
Miss Jodine believes that all children have the right to feel safe and always cared for. She completely understands the uniqueness, diverse qualities and personalities that should be valued and encouraged in every child. She believes that this can best be achieved by working in partnership with our children and their families.
Miss Larn is the Assistant Director and a Lead Educator at A Brighter Beginning ELC and has had a lot of experience in much larger centres. Miss Larn admits that the change to a smaller centre has had a wonderful impact on her ability to provide more one to one time with the children.
Miss Larn has a Diploma in Early Childhood education and Care and has worked in the industry 17+ years. She has previously worked with the team here at other centres and was very pleased to be working along side them again.
Miss Larn has three children, two girls and a boy ranging in ages from 17 years to 8 years old who keep her very busy.
Miss Larn believes that children learn greatly from being provided opportunity to make free choices within a focused environment. Helping them discover and explore in a safe environment, allowing them to become confident and involved learners.
